We can print your company logo, text, symbol or other artwork on balloons. Custom printed balloons can be used as part of event decorations or distributed to visitors and customers as promotional items.

Printed balloons can be used individually, in balloon bouquets or as part of larger balloon arrangements and decorations. Depending on their intended use, balloons can be filled with helium or air.

Balloon Sizes and Minimum Order Quantities

The standard balloon size for printing is 12" or approximately 30 cm. Printing on smaller 10" or approximately 25 cm latex balloons is also available when required.

We also offer printing on large balloons in 60 cm and 90 cm sizes.

• large 60 cm and 90 cm balloons – minimum order from 1 pc.

Printing Options and Quotations

Different printing methods can be used depending on the requirements of each order. The most suitable printing method depends on the artwork, number of colours, balloon size, order quantity and required delivery time.

To determine the available printing options and prepare an accurate quotation, please send us your logo or other artwork you would like to have printed on the balloons. After reviewing the artwork, we can recommend suitable printing options and provide information about the price and delivery time.

Good print quality starts with quality artwork. Providing print-ready artwork can help avoid additional artwork preparation costs.

Artwork Requirements

Vector artwork is preferred whenever possible. Digital files can be supplied in the following formats:

• Adobe Illustrator (.ai) – please convert all text to outlines to avoid font problems;
• CorelDRAW (.cdr) – please convert all text to curves;
• EPS (.eps);
• PDF (.pdf) – created from Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW;
• JPEG (.jpg) – high-resolution, 300 dpi; primarily suitable for simple one-colour designs.

If your existing logo or artwork is not suitable for printing, we can prepare or rework the file for production. Artwork preparation is charged at €50.00 / hour.

Balloon Colour Selection

Balloon and print colours can be selected to match your company's visual identity, event design or advertising campaign. Choosing the right combination of balloon and print colours helps ensure that your logo is clearly visible.
